This Privacy Policy applies to the El Metrónomo application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by JJIMdev (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

• The sections of the Application you visit, the date and time of your visit, and the time spent in those sections.
• The total time spent on the Application.

The Application does not collect precise information about the geographic location of your mobile device.

Use of Storage Services and Google Drive

The Application allows the user to perform backups and manage their generated files (such as settings or metronome data). To do this, the user can link their Google Drive account or use the device's file picker to access local directories or other cloud services. Access is performed exclusively under the user's action to select, save, or restore their own files, ensuring the portability and security of their information.

For a better user experience, when using the Application, the Service Provider may request that you provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your email address, Advertising ID, and device identifiers. The information requested by the Service Provider will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated and anonymized data will be periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.

Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for users aged 13 or older. However, the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without prior parental or guardian consent, in accordance with current regulations.

If you are a parent or guardian and discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at jjim.contact@gmail.com so that we can guide you on how to delete their data from linked third-party services or stop processing such information.

Security

The Service Provider cares about the confidentiality of your information. Although no data is maintained on our own servers, we ensure the use of providers (such as Google) that employ top-tier physical and electronic safeguards to protect the processed information.
